DEVBEEF Lands Shochiku Games as Publisher for Dr. Finklestein’s Marvelous Room

Our client DEVBEEF just announced it has signed with Shochiku Games to publish Dr. Finklestein’s Marvelous Room, and the publisher trailer premiered today at the MIX Fall Showcase.

The world ends in 6 months, 14 days, 2 hours and 47 seconds, and Dr. Gumphrey Finklestein has exactly one plan to stop it. You’re the sole test subject in his Marvelous Room Experiment, sending fifty objects into a single 10m x 8m x 5m chamber and living with whatever happens next.

The best part is where those fifty objects came from. DEVBEEF let players submit ideas and vote on them head to head for 50 days, with each day’s winner earning a spot in the Room. Every item in the game was picked by the community.
